I've been coming to this location for a while now and in comparison to the other location. this one's definitely better. it has better seating and more of a comfortable vibe and there's much more staff and they're all super nice and respectful. i always get the same coffee and yes, sometimes it's different but it always tastes good but at the other location it just tastes off. but my only complaint about this place is that you have to wait so long until you can find somewhere to sit. you have to hover over tables whenever you sense someone leaving or else someone will literally come out of nowhere and take that spot. but besides that it's a really cute place. plus all the things with gelatin are mostly halal. the japanese pancakes are so good. they take a bit longer to make so if you want to have it with your coffee definitely order it first. i recommend the smores one except the marshmallows are surprisingly not halal because i asked and the person who worked they're said they probably weren't but maybe ask again and see if they are. i also recommend the spanish latte and the strawberry shortcake. and any chocolatey croissant. but yeah the overall vibe there is usually very nice. even the people who run the socials are really nice and always reply whenever i post on instagram. but i will say i did get the mango i think its called tango? cake thing. my friend and i did not enjoy it. it was very weird tasting. as well as the tiramisu cake. they both look really pretty but they're not the best. i personally didn't enjoy.

Pretty disappointed.... I've been to this location a few times. Although I've had better experiences, not very impressed with my last visit.Decided to get treats for gifts for Valentine's Day.When I first got home, I noticed an air bubble and a hair imbedded in one of the specialty desserts that I purchased. I contacted the store ... No response... (update: they refunded me the $8 for the dessert with the hair)Than we realized that four of the macarons that we got were missing bottoms .... And some of them were stale...When we had the chocolate, they all tasted really good, however, there were black hard chunks in a few of them. Not too sure what they were, but grateful I did not chip a tooth.To top it off, the girl working at the counter was pretty rude when I went into order....I love supporting local businesses and have worked in the food industry for years. Extremely disappointed by the lack of quality and service.At this price point, you would think that they would take better care and do a better job in quality assurance and making sure that the products they sell are in excellent condition.Definitely wasn't worth the $150 I spent!
