I enjoyed my meal at Thai Express at St Laurent shopping centre food court. I ordered the Pad Thai beef, it was well cooked and the service met my expectations. Not sure what happened to the old owners or managers but I think ownership changed. New staff it seems, I don't see the elderly chinese could who used to run the shop.Flavors and quality have dropped, and it was not very good. When I brought the issue of the undercooked noodles and stale chicken to the male manager, he shrugged it off and said they only serve good food. Bad service. View all feedback.
The quality has changed. Pad Thai does not taste like it used to. We portion has decreased and drenched in sauce.
