Decided to try out the butcher, I always drive past it and have wanted to try it out for a while now, however I was kinda disappointed.... Bacon was decent, but the breakfast sausage and the maple sausage had a sour/bitter taste, like they were maybe expired. They were very slimy to the touch as well.
