The kiosk is mediocre doesn't print receipts doesn't show your order on the pick up screen take a clue from McDonald's their kiosk is far advanced than yours but I'm guessing your head office already knows that View all feedback.

What Tomas Marcelo Santillan doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Ordered a Honey bacon sandwich to try it and then asked for a hashbrown when informed they didnt have any I said I would just add a herb and garlic and blueberry muffin yet never got the sandwich at all. Very disappointed but not my first time getting the order right I work at starbucks and it’s not hard to just pay View all feedback.
