Topkapi - Ottawa

Had a groupon for a 4 course meal and made reservations for 7pm last Sunday evening. Service was friendly and helpful in explaining the different turkish dishes on the menu. What Mary Mallozziberg doesn't like about Topkapi:
Went in with a few friends, the place was quite empty! Finally, we ordered our food. It took so long that by the time it arrived one of my friend had to take it to go. We were there a few hours to say the least because of how slow the service was. But this is what baffles us all, we left the restaurant hungry. The portions were small for the price.
