Dumpling Bowl - Ottawa

What User likes about Dumpling Bowl:
Stopped in for a (very) late night snack. The staff were eating at a table and informed us they ran out of food and were closed! One of them offered me dumplings from his own plate! After a few minutes of friendly banter they said they had frozen dumplings (normally sold for take-out) that they'd cook for us. Of course we'd, be happy with that! And they were great! I'll begin by telling you that I have never had dumplings before so I cannot compare this to other dumplings or other restaurants that serve dumplings. My overall impression was that I was not impressed with this dish. I'm not saying that it was a bad product but I would also not be recommending this to anyone.
