our steaks were cooked on request, but were warm on the cool side when they were brought to our table. it was as if the tellers had been sitting too long after the cook had finished cooking. the accompanying was also cool. an application on steaksoße seemed to take a long time to be fulfilled. that was not our usual experience with milestones.
