I ordered online with Uber Eats but needed to call into the restaurant because my order is huge (feeding 16 people) and complicated. Although the server helping me over the phone was initially annoyed with how complicated my order was, she was eventually really helpful and accommodating, which I appreciate. The title tells the overall story unfortunately. Management clearly wanting to improve margins by overloading rice in several dishes eg the tobiko handroll. The tuna sushi had a 1mm thin slice of sushi on a wad of rice. The spider roll had really fresh cucumber and other veg and a tiny sliver (but tasty) of crab.
