"A fantastic stay in the redesdale arms! we revitalized a very warm welcome at the arrival and checked in our beautiful spacious room with a beautiful view of the garden. we had the pleasure of enjoying some drinks outside, as it was a nice sunny evening. the menu had many choices to organize local and some traditional pub classics. my partner and I picked up both Northumbrian dishes and were not disappointed at all. eating was very pleasant and also hot pipping! after a very comfortable sleep we received another warm welcome in the morning when we went to the breakfast room. we both chose a traditional full English breakfast and we were not disappointed again. I can't blame anything about our stay and will definitely recommend the redesdale arms to our friends and we'll be back soon. Thank you. carrol we had a nice break"

"Lovely bar with an eclectic mix of curios, good selection of drinks including real ales. Simple bar menu but it is home cooking at it's very best. A warm welcome from everyone. It also has a great beer garden. Wish we were staying in the village longer as would definitely use the Crown again."
