We came for the Lobster Fest promo. Very disappointed..not a sizable portion of Lobster. Steak was undercooked. Wait staff did not know anything about the promo. Friend had the prime rib which was underdone and very tough.When we eat at The Otter we often have burgers, sometimes walleye which are good. Will never do promo again..or prime rib View all feedback.
