This restaurant is not vegan, but they offer “Krispy Tofu” and many vegan ingredients to make your bowl delicious! I have been there many times and tried various combinations, all as delicious as the others... There are 1 vegan bowl proposal that I do not care, but how you can create your own bowl, this gives you bunch of different... Besides, the portions are perfect! To be honest, I would expect a more vegan-friendly approach from a Poke Square. there is only a vegan option in the menu that is marked as veg. (the waiter had to ask in the kitchen whether the sweet bowl was vegan.) they can have their own bowl from a fairly large list of ingredients that are not labeled when vegan and the only protein option is crispy tofu. portions are sufficient.
