Smooth and creamy deliciousness with a variety of flavors that takes ice cream to a new level is found at Owowcow. They have the basics which tastes more than “basic” but I went for the plum creme brûlée. The plum creme brûlée had a perfect balance of flavors with chunks of creme brûlée. Very disappointing, ice cream had no taste. Hubby got the monster cookie sandwich, he said all he could taste was the cookie.
