I invited my wife to the Uriate Pearl for the Valentine's Day. I had selected this establishment for its seafood and fish. Beautiful recent establishment. everything is presented in buffet.(a cold part and the other hot about ten fresh products and 2 hot one dish of bulots, 3 charcuterie(! 4 or 5 fish salads and crustaceans,1 sole dish and 1 duck accompanied by zucchini flan and dauphinois gratin.
