One of my top three coffeehouses in the Kansas City area. The staff is always on their game, friendly, and very helpful with choosing a drink for the day. I used to bake for a place very similar to this — so I look forward to pastries, and the muffin I ordered was dry. In this business youve got to practice effective food cost measures and bake off enough to finish the day because people will not come for day old muffins for long.
