The food here is great and is slightly different than the ubiquitous african cuisine of Ethiopian food. Unlike Ethiopian food, stews do not need be eaten with you hands, although you may with corn based fufu (ugali). It's a bit messier to do this but the fufu compliments the food well and is filling.
