K' Z Chicken - Overton

A good spot in a small town. The rolls are wonderful, I have to stop myself from eating all 7, same for the mashed potatoes and okra, but the chicken honestly needs more seasoning in the batter. There is almost no flavor, but the actual is chicken isreally juicy! The green beans are from a can so they are a bit too mushy for my liking, which stinks because I love green beanswith my fried chicken. The staff also isn?t very chipper or welcoming the times I have been there. I won?t name names becausethey aren?t rude by any means, they just don?t smile and aren?t friendly with their customers. Overall, we will eat here again,but not as often as we would if the staff was more welcoming and the chicken had a bit more seasoning.

Picked up dinner got home and the macaroni cheese rolls were HORRIBLE! So called the to let them know and requested a refund for the food we couldn?t eat. The night manager was rude and nasty, stated she tasted the macaroni it was fine. She said theonly thing she could do was to replace it for more macaroni. I told her I would just like the refund back to my card for justthe food we were unable to eat not wanting to replace with the same She flatly refused !! Never going back

The chicken and all the vegetables was very good. cornbread and the rolls was Delicious. Service was very excellent. On Sunday order the funnel cake. This will be my place to eat. I give 5 stars!

I had ordered just fish but was told i could have side with same price so i chose a side but when i went to pay for order i was charged extra for side. Unprofessional.
