We were in town for a track meet and stumbled upon this gem! My 10 yr old son and I enjoyed a great meal. What Maggie doesn't like about Fire On The Bayou, Oviedo:
The only good thing about our visit was my cocktail. I had their version of the Mule.The fried green tomatoes were over breaded and greasy. If you move the breading over the tomato is mushy. I love me some fried green tomatoes. All you need is a light batter and a quick flash fry, throw a dash of salt and pepper on it while still hot and enjoy with a sauce on the side.My gumbo.
