Full shoutout to Wendy's (170 5th Ave, Owego, NY) today with their customer service! . No for real. Of course I went at probably the busiest time of day and ended up just haveing a little mix-up. (Food isn’t cheap So I called the store..you know…terrified — who wants to make a call like that… ANYWAYS they went above and beyond and were so friendly and empathetic about the entire situation. So I wait in a 2 car line, for a 3 minute song. go to the order screen and I will soon be with them. 8 minutes later I put my order, everything seems good. go to the window, the guy in front of me is still waiting for her order. wait another 4 minutes to move forward and wait another 5 minutes. number of eaten 3 minutes waiting. fries are not crispy, only soggy. can not help but wonder is my burger still frozen insid...
