"We were very happy that the Boot and Blade was recommended to us by a friend from Owen Sound, as it really turned out to be a local gem! We went once for dinner and once for breakfast, and we would never hesitate to return...when in the mood for a relaxed diner-like meal! There was a nice variety of choices, and everything we ordered was quite tasty, and served in large portions. Service was EXCELLENT, our charming server Rachel was a great representative of the restaurant! If you like diners and family-style, relaxed dining, don’t hesitate to go to the Boot!"

"Service was excellent! The waitress was the best iv had in a very long time! Food was mediocre. I ordered the eggs benedict and it was okay. Very little sauce and our breakfast took a very long time to be served even tho it wasnt busy. Overall it wasnt enough to invite me back for breakfast."

"Fantastic tacos but a bit pricy. Gluten free options that are fantastic. The spice level is great and you can go up and down accordingly. The service is fantastic too. I would come here again for sure. When I spoke to the restaurant they gave me a full understand for GF options. An update from my previous review, the pricing is a bit outrageous. When you compare to other places like the Mule in Hamilton, this place is too expensive. They are busy as they are the only game in town. A table of 4 will run you over $160. That’s two drinks total, water for the others and not too much food. The value is no where near that."

"The last time my wife and myself went to BP I ordered the Triple Threat Pizza. Because it was a thin crust I was just going to try it and see what it tasted like. This time I couldn't wait to get back to order it again. It is the best pizza I have had. There is not too much tomato sauce, the dough it just right and the topping were great."
