"The highlight of the dinner was the soup. A great home made soup which builds the expectations for a fantastic meal to follow. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The special was grilled halibut. We didn't have that but the liver had a distinct halibut taste to it. Be my guess the cook needs to learn about cleaning his grill or at least keeping fish separate from beef when cooking. The waitress was pleasant but missed gravy on the fries but didn't neglect to charge us for it. It had been a couple of years since I'd been here and I think it will be a few more before I give them another try. A little pricey for the class or restaurant but it is in a lovely park and just outside a campground so I assume they feed off the tourist trade. Pitty, this place could really do some great things and make a name for themselves."

"An amazing one has to try Diner in Meaford, Ontario. We enjoyed every visit to this restaurant. The portion sizes are excellent, the prices are reasonable and you are always appreciated by the employees. The staff makes a great one to make the experience a good one. We try all our visits from the city guests to this wonderful restaurant. We love the reactions of our guests when we move to the parking lot. A must try!!! The only thing we miss is the Alligator Appetizer. That was a big hit every time."
