"The food is wonderful! We've been in the area maybe a month now and have eaten her a few times. My only issue, witch is small ... but service is 50/50. Either the wait staff is on top of it or they are standing around talking and not paying attention. Don't get me wrong, it isn't bad...it's just consistent."

"Family owned which is always a big plus with me, the wife at this location excuse me I forget her name, showed the best customer service I’ve received in years. But Let me start with the brisket it’s simply amazing, juicy not too fatty, flavor bursting with every bite, definitely not commercial bbq. The Mayo slaw was fresh and onnnnn point. Star of it all was the white sauce it’s a must , the atmosphere of the restaurant makes it all better. YOU MUST TRY THIS SPOT. also a location in Madison off 72."

"I've had Fancy Nancy twice within the past month from this location. I've had CSC many times. Fancy Nancy is generally my go-to order because I love the grapes. The first time I had it from here, I felt that there was minimal fruit. Thought it was a fluke. I ordered it again today and there were ZERO grapes in the chicken salad and the croissant was stale. Disappointed that it didn't meet my expectations based on previous Chicken Salad Chick experiences at other locations"
