"Best BBQ in Owensboro. The only reason to pick Moonlite over Old Hickory would be to pig out at the buffet. I've been here twice in recent months and service was excellent both times. The burgoo is the best I've had and the bbq pork ribs are my favorite here. Sides of mac n cheese and bbq beans were also excellent. The last time I was there I brought home a gallon of burgoo to freeze for later. I'm not a big fan of their chopped meats (finely chopped and soaked in sauce), so I would recommend the sliced meats. I'm not sure why they don't have pulled pork, which would be a better option in my opinion. I also prefer the hot and sweet sauce over their regular sauce which has a strong...read more"
