What User likes about Metro Centre At Owings Mills:
This is an upscale Marriott with a modern atmosphere. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my request. The floors are secured by your room key access only to the elevators. The only real con was the parking. The parking was free, and that is a plus. 100% CANNOT RECOMMEND! After staying at this hotel nearly weekly for 10 months, I arrived to find the luggage I had stored over the weekend between stays had been stolen. Despite being told I would be reimbursed, I continue to await full reimbursement 8 months later. The manager never reached out to discuss the issue until after I completed the Marriott survey following check out. Due to the poor leadership of the hotel and the inability to trust the employees, I have to recommend travelers stay at one of the other properties in the area and avoid the headaches associated with stays at this hotel.
