The staffing has most definitely changed. This is the most pleasant experience that I have ever experienced in this location! I stopped coming to this location for Starbucks for nearly a year. After 4 different rude,unfriendly, no smiling experiences, I gave up and took my money to St. Thomas location. I love that location too when I'm in the area. Kid-friendliness: Horrible horrible customer service…. They didn’t acknowledge us any at all.. overflowed my cup and didn’t seem to care . Just left our order on the table while we sat waiting.. I’d never come back to this Starbucks .. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to they were very friendly and treated customers wayy better.. I don’t think these people like their jobs !! View all feedback.
