"Stood in line for 25 minutes for the manager to give employee discounts to a her friends for 5 different meals. Then my order was wrong completely when I arrived home. Not only is the manager on staff today 9/25 at 745pm stealing from the owner the staffcan't make an online order right. Of u stand there and point exactly what u need and don't mind waiting for the managers and herfriends to chat then the food taste ehh. Poor effort. The new owosso taco bell."

"Unfortunately, our food was not up to par. I've eaten at this location before and it was some of the best fast food I've ever had. As in EVERY TIME I've ever gone there or just passed by, the drive thru was lined up all the way around the building and the lobby was packed. There was a sign on the door that the lobby was closing at 7:00 p.m. and we got there around 6:45. There was a girls soccer team still ordering and eating, along with the full drive thru so we should have just left but our own circumstances made the decision for us. We ordered the newest thing on the menu, some kind of cheesy bacon burger with onion rings and a cheesy toasted bun, and it was bad. It had no flavor, it was cold and it was dry. It looked like it had been cooked twice. The fries were fresh and hot and the service was pretty good, considering the circumstances. I'm still giving them four stars because, as I said, I know they usually do better. Just don't blame me if you have the same issue I did. Perhaps the long lines are now for a different reason other than their usually better than most fast food restaurants."

"Newer McDonald's restaurant with the typical price and service you expect. Conveniently located directly at the Interstate, it is ready to reach the parking lot and the nearby amenities. There were a few families as we pick up their orders and enjoy some fresh air before we continue our journeys."
