This place is amazing. There were things on the menu that we had never seen before. We tried decided to try some if them and are so glad we did. My son had the hog intestine hot bowl. It was spicy but so good. I had the hand pulled (homemade in the restaurant) noodles with lamb. Delicious! The owner was very friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our meal.
