I will start by saying the staff was polite. The food was good and hot. They only had 3 people working and seemed overwhelmed. Because of that it took 25 minutes to get my food. I don't blame the staff. Who ever is running it needs to do better. The staff apologized for the wait. 4 stars for the staff and food, 1 star for their boss. View all feedback.

What Jay R doesn't like about Krystal:
Came to the drive thru and both working employees were out behind the restaurant in a car smoking or whatever they were doing. Only to wait 25+ minutes in the drive thru window for my food. They made it seem like I was the inconvenience for wanting to give the restaurant my money. Krystal?s will always be one of my favorite places but this particular location won?t be getting my business very often if ever. View all feedback.
