Whistle Stop - Oxford

Good solid pub food with smile and attentive service. One of these Roadhouse style restaurants that are difficult to find in these days. Most locals, but it's right from I-395 when you bump around. Very recommended! It is worth planning your long trip to lunch or dinner to stop. My shrimp package was delicious.

Service is great, food is even better, lovely and professional place. Every time I come is great.

Stopd by chance and had a good meal. The food and drinks were on the spot and I never had a better service! We definitely eat here again.

I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The chili was good but a little undersized in my opinion. The rattlesnake pasta was really good. Had a nice bite to it but was not overpowering. The server was even better than the food. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. I'm glad I stopped in.

I was with my brother for dinner yesterday. Service was great and the food was prepared very quickly. The restaurant has enough parking and is just a few minutes from I-395. We decided to sit at the bar, but there are stands and tables available. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I would seriously consider a return visit. You can't go wrong here!
