"Después de visitar Mayapán, en ruta a Uxmal, decidimos usar la ruta larga pasando por Maní, pues leí que el convento es hermoso. Y valió la pena. En la presidencia municipal nos recomendaron comer en "La conquista", a una cuadra del convento. El menú es sencillo, sólo tenían Poc Chuc y Queso Relleno. Pedimos un Poc Chuc grande para 3 personas, está delicioso, acompañado de caldo de frijol negro y tortillas. Cuesta sólo $115. El queso relleno también muy rico, y el agua de lima refrescante. Comimos 4 personas por $250 incluyendo propina. Muy recomendable."

"This is one of those rare places that capture the true traditions and the culture of a region and create a unique experience . The restaurant is located in Maní, a tiny village within easy reach from the Ruta Puuc in the classic maya zone. Labná is 20 min away. The restaurant is nicely decorated reproducing a traditional maya home. Waitreses are dressed with typical yucatec huipiles. The menu is simple but really delicious with all the favourite dishes of Yucatan. Do not miss poc chuc, it is perfect, lima soup is another excellent choice. Everything is really good, you cannot go wrong. The tortillas are hand made on the spot in traditional comales using yellow maize. Simply amazing. Leave space for the dessert, try ciricote in syrup. Just go! do not miss the experience."

"Un restaurante fuera de lo común, en nuestro caso fue despues de visitar los dos cenotes de San Antonio Mulix y de un poblado llamado Abala recomendando ir en fines de semana que no sean puentes para disfrutar un poco mas a gusto. Recomiendo el servicio muy amable, la comida que aunque es regional esta bien servida, precios módicos y accesibles. Algo diferente y divertido para un domingo en familia."
