Excellent venue for weddings and other events. It's quite strange however when it's full of businesses on the lower level but upon entering the top of the tower it completely transforms the experience. The venue is large, laid out well, and looks fancy. View all feedback.

I went to a wedding here and was served a plated dinner which was cold for everyone at our table. When I mentioned t one of the servers they said they would tell someone. After 10 minutes and nobody came by I told another server and they took my plate and said they would mention it to someone. They didn't even heat my plate in the microwave or bring me another plate.
