"We ate here on one evening and one lunchtime whilst staying in the Hirsch Hotel which is almost a separate business in that meals in the Stuberl are not as far as we know chargeable to your hotel account. "General On the way back from the Allgäu holiday we visited the deer in Krugzell at noon on recommendation and were very surprised that there was no free chair in the restaurant. This actually speaks volumes because not exactly the ideal weather was... The nice hostess quickly created a possibility in conjunction with the other guests so that we did not have to drive home hungry the remaining 600 km. Ruck, zuck was the fleet and extremely friendly service there and no 3 minutes later the first drink! Despite full buds, the food, not only visually an eyewitness, but tastefully as with mothers, was on the table within a short time. The chef and the team must be magicians! "I picked this restaurant based on TripAdvisor and it didn't disappoint. The staff and owners are amazing people! We had an experience like none other on this trip. We had amazing food from the menu and had the opportunity to taste some food from Calabria...(a region of italy) which wasn't on the menu, it was a private stash from the owner. We also had a wine from Calabria that was to die for, who knew. We would go back tomorrow, but they closed. If you want great food, great experience....this is a MUST!!! Thank you to everyone that works there. You made this a memory we will not forget."
