Loved this Mexican restaurant in Carmel. All we have ordered is great except Churros! We sent them back twice, but every time they don't taste right. They were much too heavy and did not have this crispy texture on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, which is common for large tasting Churros. We had the grasshoppers, queso, cultura mole, steak, and churo fondue. Grasshoppers are tangy, no bad. Queso was great! Cultura mole was really good, I enjoyed the orange slices. Steak was pretty basic, not flavored well but had a nice sauce that it was in. Churo fondue needed to be just the churo with more cinnamon and sugar, chocolate was overpowering.
