"The review for one star is downright mean. These folks have done a nice job with the menu and the renovation. The sushi is outstanding. The service is even better. As I was leaving, the chef came out with Chinese meals for staff. He allowed me to sample it. The Chinese food was also excellent. When I say excellent, I mean 5 stars and then some. This is a great locally-owned business, with a nice atmosphere."

"If I could give this place a negative 5, I would get pizza without sauce. I had a lot of ny pizza and that was not one. wings were not in the sauce, but came with a tiny cup sauce. fries with chicken sandwich were wet. the only redeeming part was the chicken sandwich."

"Oh how I so wanted to love this place but left so disappointed. We came for an espresso for me and a beer for her. Espresso: The guy initially went to serve it in a paper cup, when I asked for ceramic since I was drinking it here he started to put it in a mug. A lady from the beer side came over, showed him the espresso cups, and said how he needs to not spend so much time on the beer side. The espresso was bad, borderline terrible. It tasted burnt and bitter with a bad flavor. I ordered a double but didn 't finish it. Beer: They offered a couple of tastes, but my girlfriend didn 't like any. The lady behind the counter then says, you just probably don 't like any of our beers in what I was told was a condescending way. She comes back to the table empty handed and says that they had a beer flavored with Thyme and that they try too hard with their flavors. THYME in beer?"
