Mad local! Peach pie had a buttery, flaky crust filled with perfectly cooked peaches; not soggy or soft. The filling was slightly bland- it might have needed more spices, lemon juice, or sugar. But I had it cold, so it's hard to say.I also had a brown butter cookie, which had a crisp, browned exterior with a gooey, chewy interior. I imagine these pies are great. Unfortunately, I've never had one. Today was the third time I drove the 35 minutes from my place to the shop. Online it said store opens at 10AM. I arrived at 10:15 to be sure they weren't going to be out of product. Previously I had come later in AM during the week. I've tried calling and no answer and no message.
