"I really don 't want to run down places for the sake of it, I want to be positive. But this place got to me. I don 't really know why we went inside and I have absolutely no idea why it 's so strongly backed by fellow...reviewers. It 's like going into a 1970 's time warp except for the prices. The interior is old school Portuguese dark wooden panels and matching waiter. He tried the old bring out lots of cover dishes dodge but we sent them back. The menu is fish heavy (fair enough, we 're by the coast here) but everything lacks personality. As we 'd had a lot of fish recently, we went for meats (pork and beef in cream and mushroom sauce) which had chips but was crying out for vegetables or even a little garnish. Standard dessert options. Sorry but not cheap and really dull."
