Heinrichs - Paderborn

I visited early on Wednesday, her first open day in the week. Unfortunately, no cake was ready yet, but I was sure that they have actually made some vegan cake available in the rule. but no cake -1 star. Instead, I decided for a cappuccino with soy milk and a piece of fresh white spelzbrot (always still warm with homemade white bean spread. The breakfast menu is simple but beautiful, especially the homemade ones all sound good. service was also fast and friendly, and I appreciated the lack of Christmas music for an instrumental post-rock.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this little caffe in the center of paderborn. her menu was not really original, but I enjoyed coffee and cake, and stayed several hours enjoying the quiet bozz of the ortes.

So happy they are now fully vegan! We‘ve had a great, delicious lunch there, so highly recommend trying out this place. Oh and the staff was absolutely lovely!

Heinrich's is fully vegan since 2024. Small, cozy, very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Cake was great, coffee and tea as well. Paderborn has been missing a place like that.
