we wait for over 15 minutes for anyone who even ordered a drink. the manager came out and explained that they were short-served. but other tables get refills on drinks and I can't even get a glass of water. it is a heat index of over 100 degrees outside. that's not ridiculous. they should close if they cannot serve the customer. period. "My husband and I were on our honeymoon road trip and sort of just lucked into this place. He's vegan and we're from rural Alabama vegan restaurants are a rarity for us, so we were excited to try this. Oh my goodness!!!!! It was all so TASTY!!! I'm including the pictures of my husband without covering up his face because I want to show y'all just how happy this place made him. I'm so, SO happy we were able to come here and experience some of the food my husband grew up eating and loving, but veganized. On top of all that, the staff was SO friendly. This was our first time in Kentucky, and one person who worked at Branch Out stood and talked to us for several minutes about where we're from, what things she recommended in town, etc. Friendly AND plant based? YAY!"
