We haven't went to a IHOP in forever. Due to the IHOP in Utah which we came from after the whole covid pandemic etc went completely down hill. And I get it but back to THIS IHOP. We got there around 8 and I was surprised to find how clean it was, friendly, neat it was. Waited like 1 minute before we got seated. Coffee was egh okay.
