The smash burgers are so fresh and delicious! The cheese fries keep me coming back. What Ken Tounzen doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
For starters you have to use a kiosk to order. The two kiosks that we tried were very slow responding. Then you get a QR code for your drink and you have 10 seconds to start filling your cup. You can use the QR code to get refills, but it is such a pain.
