"Meander down the stone street into another world. Warmth from the open hearth (used for grilling) and welcoming smiles from the staff add to the ambience of family tradition in the kitchen. Watch as the pasta is rolled and foods are prepared on the large table in front. The chef cut the freshly baked focaccia with artistry and offered samples while it was still warm. With a drizzle of olive oil…what could be better??? Fresh local ingredients prepared in recipes passed down through the generations… we shared several of the daily specials suggested. And of course local wine. Save room for dessert/dolce! Yes, I look forward to many more visits. Buon appetito!"
