This restaurant offers a perfect blend of flavors, textures, and presentation in all of their dishes, complemented by excellent service and a stunning ocean view. I especially enjoyed the vegan sushi filled with teriyaki mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, pickled radishes, and fresh shiso leaves. The beetroot burger was also delicious and surprisingly tender.
