We really enjoyed our visit to Foster's tea shop. The owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to tea. Part of the fun was learning the temperatures where tea should be brewed, the varieties of flavors that could be mixed for maximum enjoyment of the perfectly mixed and brewed tea.
