This place used to be great but the customer service seems to be going down hill. Just like other reviewers have noted, the grey haired lady that runs the retail part is kind of rude. Very sarcastic and made some of the nicest people I know very uncomfortable. I dont think we will be returning as I can buy caramels anywhere. We were looking for the experience and got none.
