"The place was easy to locate. Streetside parking was available. Food was good. Caesars salad, grilled fish and creme brulee deserve special mention. Service was excellent. Friendly and accomodating staff. Price was ok. Recommend a visit when in the area."

"We weren't guests at Casa Consuelo but we dined at their restaurant twice during our stay in Pagudpud. We loved their KBL, grilled pusit, and pinakbet with bagnet. Servings of the three dishes were good enough for 3 people. We also tried their sizzling sisig for dinner, but we found it wasn't to our liking as it had too much pork fat. I would still dine here though, and I still think it offers better-value and overall higher quality of food than Kapuluan where we stayed, and whose dishes we have also tried. Their take on Ilocano dishes are spot-on (we are also Ilocano, so we know).Ambiance was also great, staff were very attentive, and prices were quite affordable."

"Totally out of the way at the very end of Blue Lagoon! As difficult as it is to find this hidden gem, the food is totally worth the trouble reaching this place! Fresh market prepared to perfection' and not just the food but the service is equally brilliant, Dexter and Bianca done a truly remarkable job for our group!
