What Frances Hintz likes about Carmelo's Bistro:

What Elna Tromp doesn't like about Carmelo's Bistro:
We've already eaten 3-4 times here. Every time we had a service dog with us (trained for diabetes). The service was always slow, but this time she actually took a walk-in-to-go order before she asked us what we wanted to drink. 20 minutes later and no drinks. We went out. Our group is usually 3-6 people and we try to visit local restaurants. I don't know how they stay in business. RIH View all feedback.
