"Let me start by saying that I never had high expectations for a chain sandwich shop. I made the mistake of ordering 2 large subs through Uber eats today and it was a complete failure. One sandwich was missing slaw and sauce and was cut oddly. The other sandwich was again cut oddly and didn?t follow instructions in the app, and the sodas were incorrect. One regular one diet. When I ordered I hit ?quantity 2? how can you get that wrong? I called the store to explain and the manager -KEO had no experience handling customers or wasn?t willing to compromise or help. He asked me to send pictures of the subs to his employees phone. He also asked me to bring the sandwiches in. My favorite part of the conversation with KEO was (I hope the district manager and GM are reading this) him saying that he?s tired of getting calls from dissatisfied customers reporting incorrect orders all day. I?m seriously at a loss here. To top this off the 2 sandwiches, chips, and drinks, plus a tip for the driver was over $80. That?s my fault again for ordering through Uber eats, however I would think that Capriotti?s management would want to correct the issue with someone WILLING to spend close to $100 on food. Big mistakes made by me and the store here."

"My sister and I were in town visiting our mom and we decided to get out for an evening. Everyone there was super friendly. Prices are really reasonable. It was karaoke night and I sang for the first time in 3 years cuz of covid. When we we 're getting ready to leave, a few people called out my name and said, you 're leaving already? So we went and chatted for a bit and explained our mom 's health wasn 't good and we didn 't want to be gone long. They were very understanding and wished us well. Complimented my singing and made my night. Excellent atmosphere. Great DJ and food. Very welcoming. Will go again next time we 're here"

"Good is nothing special and depending on the chef that day might not be cooked correctly. while better than the typical casino cafe fair it's certainly not on the level of a mid level steakhouse. unless you're already in Pahrump I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here."

"We have lived in the MF community for three years and really enjoyed going over to the Grill Room for dinner. However, it 's really gone downhill. We always enjoyed the patio but the pigeon poop on the chair seats, tables and ground is disgusting. Last two times we ate there it hasn 't been cleaned. How are we supposed to sit in the seats with pigeon poop on them ??? Tonight we went outside and there were sugar packets all over the ground around the tables. Again the pigeon poop was on chair seats and table. The waitress just stood there. We opted to eat inside. Too bad it was beautiful weather outside. About six months ago my husband ordered the nachos and the waitress immediately said she didn 't recommend it. It 's not that good. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE SOMETHING ON A MENU THAT YOUR WAITRESS DOES NOT RECOMMEND??? Tonight I ordered the shrimp fettuccine and my husband ordered the chicken Caesar salad. ALWAYS on the $5-10-15 menu the entree includes salad and a beverage. My husband could barely cut into his chicken it was so overcooked. Upon receiving the bill they charged $2.50 for my salad. The waitress never asked if I wanted a salad. The only thing she said was what dressing would you like on your salad? Also no refill on my husband 's Diet Coke during dinner. Then she claims they 've been charging $2.50 for the salad for a year. That 's a flat out lie having eaten there a few times in a year with no charge on the salad. We walked out pretty upset with service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Ever since they added the gaming it hasn 't been the same. You will NEVER see management at this facility. I think we are done eating there. WHERE THE HECK IS MANAGEMENT??"
