12/10 WOULD Recommend!!! Who knew PAHRUMP, NV, would have the BEST FRESHEST TASTIN' DAMNED LOUISIANA CATFISH THAT THIS SW VIRGINIA GIRL HAS *EVER* EATEN!!! (Glad The Fam and this CripChick chose to drive 60 miles for that emergency [read: ultimately unnecessary] ultrasound I had next door at 6pm on a Saturday! ???.

What Bill S doesn't like about The Phoenix Grill:
I would have given this five stars when it was open and maybe even four if there were, in fact remodeling with plans to soon reopen. But the sign announcing their temporary closure is now starting to peel off the door after nearly four months. There has not been any sign of work going on inside during this time, although the lights are on so the new owners are paying the electric bill. Just something for folks across... View all feedback.

Our server was great.Food was ok a little pricey for what you get also pricey for lunch time.

"Let me start by saying that I never had high expectations for a chain sandwich shop. I made the mistake of ordering 2 large subs through Uber eats today and it was a complete failure. One sandwich was missing slaw and sauce and was cut oddly. The other sandwich was again cut oddly and didn?t follow instructions in the app, and the sodas were incorrect. One regular one diet. When I ordered I hit ?quantity 2? how can you get that wrong? I called the store to explain and the manager -KEO had no experience handling customers or wasn?t willing to compromise or help. He asked me to send pictures of the subs to his employees phone. He also asked me to bring the sandwiches in. My favorite part of the conversation with KEO was (I hope the district manager and GM are reading this) him saying that he?s tired of getting calls from dissatisfied customers reporting incorrect orders all day. I?m seriously at a loss here. To top this off the 2 sandwiches, chips, and drinks, plus a tip for the driver was over $80. That?s my fault again for ordering through Uber eats, however I would think that Capriotti?s management would want to correct the issue with someone WILLING to spend close to $100 on food. Big mistakes made by me and the store here."

"My sister and I were in town visiting our mom and we decided to get out for an evening. Everyone there was super friendly. Prices are really reasonable. It was karaoke night and I sang for the first time in 3 years cuz of covid. When we we 're getting ready to leave, a few people called out my name and said, you 're leaving already? So we went and chatted for a bit and explained our mom 's health wasn 't good and we didn 't want to be gone long. They were very understanding and wished us well. Complimented my singing and made my night. Excellent atmosphere. Great DJ and food. Very welcoming. Will go again next time we 're here"

"Stopped by for lunch after work training...want to mention reservations are needed. Beautiful dining area and friendly, welcoming staff. The hostess sat me right away and when I mentioned I had other appt and knew what I wanted she kindly took my order as the regular server had large party outside. Bread was great and chicken marsala with mashed potatoes was exceptional. Highly recommend this place not only for the great food and pretty location at the winery but also for their outstanding staff!!"
