"Leoni was very professional and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend her as a great waitress. My guest asked another waitress for some bread, as she is accustomed to having this with her food in Switzerland but the response was that the kitchen was too busy for a slice of bread. This was the only disappointment of an otherwise outstanding dining experience"

"We both had JFC fish and chips special, one snapper and one blue grenadier (I think) and both were delicious, fresh and well cooked. We ate in and the fish and chips came wrapped in paper but we got cutlery (so no greasy fingers). The sauce choices were good and we enjoyed the curry sauce (just with the chips of course). We also tried the scallops which were very fresh and cooked well (and came on a plate). A good selection of beer and wine was available, many local."

"Lovely lady/owner (I think). Made us feel very welcome and we had a nice chat, with cold beer. Great price too. Watch out for the old fella though, seems to be playing the miserable old guy attitude a bit too well. Lighten up bro! You have a lovely place and a beautiful dog. Things could be much worse."

"Lovely spot for lunch and a couple of drinks. Mid-priced food and drinks with the food menu mainly consisting of burgers. Service was friendly and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe with plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Live music and $6 burger beer specials were advertised and I’m sure these bring out the backpacker and party crowd!"
