I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large amount of food for my family. Unfortunately, one burger was missing from my order. When I went into the store to address the issue, I was accused of lying and mocked by two employees. Even when I spoke to management, I was still mocked in a rude and unprofessional manner. Coworkers were so nice and I feel welcome there. My strawberry shake was delectible and made with evident love.
Just about EVERY time I go, and order my food, I ask for certain things, like no onions on a burger for someone with an allergy. Or no mayo on one for someone with an intolerance... do they listen? Just long enough to put it on your order and charge you for the change in the order. Got home today to find that ONCE AGAIN they just don't care... while the staff is super friendly, they are also very negligent. And it's not like a one time thing, it's every time, which is at least 3 times a month for the last 6 months.
After having such bad experiences at Burger King in San Petersburg Florida, we arrived here and found good customer service, excellent staff today, very good service in the box, it was also fast and the best Burger King hamburgers, it had that flavor in my mouth long ago and until now again I taste that delight that characterized them before. I just ask: if they train all their employees in the same way? because some like I repeat the one in St. Petersburg, Florida is the worst of this chain.thanks guys here , for returning the quality and the good service!
Paige is THE best! When she is working, my food is always hot, and the customer service is on a much higher level all around, than when the morning crew is on. I don’t know what her position is, but she needs a promotion!!
The jalapeño poppers are half the size that used to be and have almost no cheese in them..(they think we did not notice Same price.Are the grill marks fake? Convection oven‘s do not leave grill marks,... especially when they are on the side of the wrong side.Fries always cold.
