the restaurant arranged on the afternoon of booking to say that the meal was cancelled due to a problem with its gas supply. this was extremely disappointing as it was a birthday party, but they were extremely apologetic. it was difficult to complete this document because it was not so much objected in this case. Perhaps some thoughts should be given to something like a 'does not apply' box. View all feedback.
